I just saw an incredible recipe on @FitGreenMind's channel. It was a block of firm tofu put in a blender with half a lemon, melted coconut oil, salt, and chopped scallions. She let it set in the refrigerator and the consistency looked amazing. I am definitely going to try it! I have had both in your clip and something seemed missing...so I want to experiment with my own using her recipe. It blended in 5 minutes. Maybe you can create a bomb zombie vegan cream cheese of your own. Sometimes they are impossible to get at the store when cravings hit. 💚.

They have plant-based Recess Peanut Butter Cups at Walmart now. They are made with Oat milk. Nice for cravings if you had to give them up (like me) once you went the big *V* 💚🍫😋🍫🌱

I'm not a Vegan but I absolutely love Cado Ice Cream. They stopped putting it on the shelf at the store. Which makes me sad. So I was looking for an avocado ice cream recipe and found your video. Makes me wish I could find it in the store again. I haven't had the cherry flavor. But Mint Chip and Coffee Chip are my favorites! Also the singing made the video fun! I need to find that song. Lol

If you liked the Kraft mac and cheese before being vegan, you'll love the new one. I was really impressed with it. I almost didn't try it because Bodegacat went on and on about how bad it was. I am so glad that I didn't listen to her review and tried it myself. She must have prepared it wrong, it requires twice the amount of butter as Annie's so maybe that's where she messed it up. Too many people are listening to her bad review, I hope someone else that actually likes it posts a video so they don't stop making it.

I wouldn't touch that stuff. It has 'Natural Flavors' in it. Natural Flavors can be a combination of 50 to over 100 chemicals...all packaged under one ingredient natural flavors...very miss leading. I wouldn't have any idea of what I was eating. Many times it has MSG in it.

You're lucky in America! Here in Italy i could make a 1 minute long video about vegan food available on the grocery store... they have like 10 products. And if you try another store, you'll find the same exactly stuff. So unfair!

The trailer looked awful, it won't be any good. I definitely wouldn't pay money for it.

I never thought to mix those two together. I just used the Gardein crumbles with Annies Vegan Mac. That hit the spot... It was so good. Thanks for the idea guys :) It was exactly what I needed today. A big bowl of comfort food.

Love these cooking sessions. One of these days, I'll actually catch the live. The only this I'd change on these is the sound -- I always listen to these with my speakers at the highest, yet it sounds like a 5/10 for a normal video.

You can't order any food today that is Truly vegan. Order a side of Beans and it comes with cheese on top. Order an Avocado toast and comes with an Sunny side Egg on top. This world is in big Trouble! Organic produce from overseas is not Organic. 12 years ago I could buy real vegan foods, now it's totally contaminated, but "labelled" Vegan. The new vegan foods are false. Thank You Gary and The VZ for standing up for humanity! Bravo!!!

Beautiful-looking sandwich, lads! There are probably several schools of thought on this, so here's mine when it comes to what a sandwich should be. For me, a sandwich needs to fit nicely into my mouth (not the whole thing at once, of course). I hate those huge burgers that you have to dissect into smaller bites. Or sub sandwiches that you need a knife and fork to eat. I should be able to open my mouth, and the sandwich has enough room to get itself in there. Bite down. Repeat until it's all gone. 😃

Fantastic! You guys rock! 8 years ago I had a massive stroke at 46 and was paralyzed on the left side of my body and my cognitive function was in the toilet. I was a hot mess to say the least! I went through years of rehabilitation and it was a terrible existence. During my recovery I would research when I could and learned a ton of information about the body. I don't know how many years it was but I remember the name Vegan Zombie! It's fantastic that you guys are still plugging away and making content! I am happy to say that I learned a lot and went vegan about 9 months after my trauma. When I switched out my diet about 3 to 4 weeks in, my body started responding in a big way! I am now a 54 year old dynamo! I got it all back and then some! People can't believe that I was fighting for my life with a imploded brain! You guys are an inspiration to me and I wish you guys continued success! Take care and keep kicking ass!

The original voice actor of shaggy ( Casey Kasem) was a vegan and pushed for shaggy to be vegan. I think i remember they agreed to make shaggy vegetarian for a little bit or something but they went back on that probably. I like to imagine shaggy eating vegan pizza and vegan deli meats and what not
